Here Are The Secret Behind All Top Football Team Owners Around The World

Top Football Team Owners Around The World

The Real Madrid is a sporting club that belong to its "socios/members", like other two clubs in Spain - Barcelona and Atletico de Bilbao. I'm "socio" of the Real Madrid.

Every 4 years the members of the club vote to choose a new president between the others members.
The team have around 80.000 socios. The "socios" pay every year a money (similar to a season ticket) to see the team and to use the sporting installations. Many years ago that was the principal support for the team, but now the principal support are the TV rights and the merchandising.

The Real is the team that win more money with the Pay per view in Spain. Also the team have its own TV channel that is the soccer club TV channel with more subscribers in the world.
The Real is the most famous club in the world or at least the one with best history (i've been subjetive but i think that is true). The team was named for FIFA the best soccer club of the history and Brazil the best national team of the history. This is mean a lot support around the world and a great money in merchardaising. The RM make a recent study with the result that the team have around 70 million of loyal supporters around the world. That is a very big money and the Real is taking advantage of that like the manchester did before
Currently the president of Real Madrid is F. Perez.

F.C. Barcelona and Real Madrid C.F. are not owned by any single person or family like we see in the English Premier League. These clubs are owned by the people.
We can take an example of democracy. Like in a democratic country, the Prime Minister or President is elected by the people of the country. Similarly, in clubs F.C. Barcelona and Real Madrid C.F. there is also a president who is elected by the fans (club members) of these clubs. That's why they are called as Fan's clubs. Also, the President can himself step down from the job at any time.
It's the job of the president to sign new players and to renew the contract of existing players.
At this moment,
President of Real Madrid C.F. - Florentino Perez
President of F.C. Barcelona - Josep Maria Bartomeu

The Ownership of Manchester City Football Club traces back to 1894, when Ardwick A.F.C. dissolved and were reformed as Manchester City Football Club Ltd. Over recent years, the ownership and finances of Manchester City Football Club have been tumultuous with various owners of contrasting fortunes much in line with their inconsistent trend on the pitch and the club's hierarchy maintain the club is in a period of "significant transformation".[1]

Since 4 August 2008, the club has been owned by Sheikh Mansour, one of football's wealthiest owners, with an estimated individual net worth of at least £17 billion and a family fortune of at least $1 trillion.[2] Sheikh Mansour bought the club in 2008 for £210 million in a much publicized deal and has since accumulated annual losses of £535 million, excluding approximately £200 million on facility upgrades.[3] However the value of the club has soared tenfold from £210 million in 2008 to over £2 billion in 2018 according to Forbes representing a realistic opportunity of profit on Mansour's investment if he was to sell the club to a willing buyer at the market rate.[4] Although the club is still majority owned by Mansour, in 2015, a 13.79% stake purchase of the club's parent company, City Football Group (CFG), by the CITIC Group for £265 million valued it at $3 billion.[5]

The club's most recent financial report in November 2015 showed a £10 million profit following the elimination of amortised transfer fees and a reduced salary bill which was incurred during the early years of Mansour's investment - both of which allowed a £100 million net spending on transfers in summer 2015.[6] In the 2014-15 season, the club are the second richest football club in England by revenue and overall are the sixth worldwide with a revenue of €463.5m according to Deloitte, and have been consistently in the Europe's Top 20 since 2004

Technically speaking FC Bayern München AG, Adidas and Audi and Allianz own the club but actually the members who run the club. The major decisions like Presidential elections are taken through elections where all the members cast their vote. Anyone can become a member by paying a nominal membership fee. It is a self-financed club receiving no special favours from the government, oligarchs or patriarchs. In short it’s the most democratic club in the world where the common man has a say.
